We want buyers to feel fairly treated. If the product is not useful, contact support@businessmachine.ai within 7 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt email and product name. Because these are digital downloads, repeated purchases/downloads or abuse may be declined, but normal good-faith refund requests are handled generously.
